Welcome to Tgibtec (accessible at https://tgibtec.com). By purchasing hosting, registering domain names, subscribing to maintenance plans, or engaging us for website design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Tgibtec provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Web Design and Development
  • Domain Name Registration and Management
  • Web Hosting and Server Maintenance
  • Email hosting
  • Recurring Maintenance and Technical Support Packages

2. Subscription Billing & Automatic Renewals

2.1 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions (including web hosting, maintenance retainers, and domain renewals) are billed on a recurring basis, typically annually or monthly, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

2.2 Automatic Charge & Reminders

Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled prior to your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for an equivalent billing period using your saved payment method (credit card, mobile money, or electronic payment gateway).

  • Notification Period: Tgibtec will send automated email reminders to your registered contact address 30 days and 7 days prior to any annual renewal charge.
  • Accuracy of Contact Info: You are solely responsible for keeping your email address and payment information up to date in your account profile.

2.3 Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your client dashboard or by contacting support at sales@tgibtec.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next renewal date to prevent automatic billing.

3. Domain Registration & Renewal Policy

3.1 Domain Ownership

All domain names registered on your behalf remain your property, provided all applicable fees are paid in full.

3.2 Renewal Deadlines & Grace Periods

  • Renewal Urgency: Domains must be renewed on or before their exact expiration date.
  • Expiration Risk: If a domain registration fee is not settled by the expiration date, the domain will immediately enter a Grace Period or Redemption Period determined by domain registries (ICANN/relevant registry registries).
  • Service Interruption: During a grace period, associated services (website and email accounts) will immediately cease operation.
  • Redemption Fees: Recovering a domain out of the redemption phase typically incurs heavy third-party registry penalty fees. Tgibtec is not responsible for domain loss, redemption fees, or third-party domain acquisitions resulting from late client payments.

4. Web Hosting & Server Usage

4.1 Uptime & Maintenance

Tgibtec strives to maintain high server uptime and reliability. Scheduled server maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever feasible.

4.2 Non-Payment & Suspension

If hosting fees remain unpaid after the due date:

  • 7 Days Overdue: Hosting services may be temporarily suspended.
  • 30 Days Overdue: Tgibtec reserves the right to terminate the account and purge server data, backups, and databases from our systems.

4.3 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Tgibtec hosting servers for illegal activities, distributing malware, sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), or hosting content that violates applicable local or international laws.

5. Web Design & Custom Project Terms

5.1 Project Scope & Revisions

Web design work is governed by the agreed project proposal or scope outline. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at Tgibtec’s standard hourly rate.

5.2 Content Delivery & Timeline

Clients must provide required text, images, logos, and credentials in a timely manner, except for cases where Tgibtec. Delays in providing assets will extend project completion dates accordingly.

5.3 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, full ownership of the final website design transfers to the client. Pre-existing software tools, third-party plugins, and proprietary framework code remain the property of their respective owners/licensors.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Domain Names: Registration fees, transfer fees, and renewal fees are strictly non-refundable once processed with the central registry.
  • Web Hosting: Hosting purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of initial activation, minus any third-party transaction or processing fees.
  • Custom Web Design: Initial deposits for web design services are non-refundable once design work or wireframing has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Tgibtec shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or compromised email delivery. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Tgibtec in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

8. Amendments to Terms

Tgibtec reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to tgibtec.com. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
